Look what I’ve got in the garden:
My kids found and picked these.
Then they brought them to me.
Then they asked me to make them some chocolate dipping sauce – the kind of question I don’t need to be asked twice.
Most days.
Here’s what to do:
Chocolate Dipping Sauce for Strawberries
- 1/2 C chocolate chips (I like milk or semi-sweet) or 3 oz of bar chocolate of your choice (I like Ghirardelli bittersweet baking chocolate and Hershey’s milk bars)
- 2 T heavy cream
Combine both ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Whisk gently until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
Go at it with your berries.
